Have you had days when you just can’t make it to the gym or your favourite exercise class? Like it’s 2020 again, when gyms were closed and we had to rely on at- home work-outs, through zoom or wherever like YouTube. With that said, I’ve had a great hour Pilates inspired exercises from a licensed physical therapist and certified Pilates teacher, Jessica Valant Pilates.

With the holiday season coming to a close, until next year, these five Pilates work-outs, if you do all of them at once, as I had done, it’s a great work-out! A great one, absolutely! Doing them individually is still good. I found that I really feel the burn more so when I complete all of the videos that calculates to an hour Pilates session. Doing these videos individually is also good, too.
