My Vegan Skin-Care Products Replenish!

Gasp! Where did my Glow Recipe Banana Souffle go? And my watermelon sleep mask/? That’s right I used it up. I guess it’s time for me to hit up Sephora. I will admit, tht through the quarantine, I had become one of those women who doesn’t wear make-up, unless I have to, although, it isn’t like it takes me long to apply it, but if I’m home, I’m not wearing it. I do like how I look and the reactions I get when I wear make-up sometimes. So, I guess I’m conflicted.

As I’m writing this post with my coffee, in my backyard, I had this return hanging around my coffee, I mean if it can’t hang around my rose wine, like it did yesterday evening. Ugh! I’m wondering where my bug spray is. I know I live in Alberta, and everyone is about the outdoors life, to which I’m thankful for, it got me to explore more, however I am still a city girl, like I still need bug spray, like I still don’t know anything about the outdoors. I’m a Sauga (Mississauga) girl, still, even though it’s been six years. LOL. Anyway, back to the program, so to speak, meaning the initial conversation at hand. Lol.

Just a few weeks ago, I headed to the closest Sephora, to replenish some skin-care products that I need, as I was shocked that I had run out of some of my products. So, what is a girl (or guy) to do? Got to go beauty shopping! I replenished my skin-care products with my favourite lines, and some new products to try, plus the good old favourites (not just my favourites, but fan favorites, as I found out). All of the companies on this list are vegan skin-care companies.

Okay, let’s get to it, and break out the goodies!

Youth to The People Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser C$47

I have used this amazing cleanser before. I love how clean my skin feels after I use it every time. The other reason why I re-bought this Youth To The People Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser, because of the delicousness of cold-pressed spinach, kale, green tea. With vitamins A, C and E to remove build-up, great make-up remover, and supports skin’s pH balance. I found my skin to feel healthy, to look healthy and glowing. It doesn’t dry out my skin or anything, it just leaves it feeling smooth and refreshed. I just love this cleanser! One of my favourites, without a doubt. Trust me, when you try this cleanser, you will love it, too. Superfood Antioxidant Cleanser is vegan. Without SLS and SLES (sulfates), alcohol-free, paraben-free, phthaltes-free, cruelty-free, gluten-free.

Youth To The People Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask Vitamin C C$63

From the first time I had used this sleep mask, I noticed instantaneously how hydrated my skin looks and feels. All of the signs of dehydrated skin, begins to disappears. By the second night, you’re like where did it go? Not that you would really care, I mean blemishes from dehydrated skin, who cares? 🙂 Who wants them to stick around, anyway? I don’t recall inviting them to the party in the first place. Like all sleeping masks, it goes on clear and it doesn’t smudge on your pillow. It absorbs into the skin for it to do its magic.

Farmacy Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer C$59

I’m glad that Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer, delivers an intense amount of hydration, that my skin needs. My skin drinks it up. I love how it isn’t light-weight, because my skin isn’t oily. For normal and dry skin types. This moisturizer doesn’t contain parabens and silicones. I don’t like silicones in my beauty products. Silicone sits in between the pores, causing the pores to dry out. When I wear Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer, it seeps into the skin once applied.

SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Solid Deodorants C$11

I bought this new vegan deodorant that contains coconut and aloe vera, to combat dryness. When I apply it, I don’t need to re-apply. Clean Solid Deodorants in Coconut lasts (protects against odor) up to 12 hours! It glides on so smoothly.
