Going Old-School, Retro with the Thighmaster

Okay, so I was watching Live with Kelly and Ryan today, and they were discussing how they get ready before the show. One of their rituals is using the thighmaster. I thought what a good idea. Have you ever used one? I did…when I was younger. I’m interested in using one again. I believe you can use it to strengthen your chest.
